Terms & Conditions

By booking your stay at Hotel Gajapati, Puri, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies ensure a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

1. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Check-in time: 9:00 AM
Check-out time: 8:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
Valid government ID is mandatory for all guests during check-in.

2. Reservation & Booking Policy

A confirmed reservation is subject to advance payment.
Room rates may vary based on season, festival dates or room availability.
All bookings are non-transferable.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days before arrival: 80% refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days: No refund.
Festive periods (Rath Yatra, New Year, Christmas): No refund policy.

4. No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive on the reservation date will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

5. Guest Conduct Policy

Guests must maintain decorum, peace and respect for other guests.
Smoking is prohibited inside rooms (Designated smoking zones available).
Use of illegal substances is strictly forbidden.

6. Damage / Loss Policy

Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
Loss of room key will incur a replacement charge.

7. Payment Policy

Accepted payments: Cash, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards.
Full payment must be made at the time of check-in.

8. Hotel Liability

Hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables not stored in the locker.
Hotel is not liable for accidents, injuries, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Force Majeure

The hotel is not responsible for service disruption due to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or conditions beyond our control.

10. Privacy Policy

Guest information is securely stored and used only for booking and hospitality purposes. We do not share guest data with any third-party agencies.
